Pricing
Red2 Auction is based on our Red2 Auction technology platform; this is a baseline technology, rather than a product. It is designed from the ground up to be a highly customised auction system, rather than a prescriptive product.
Pricing is based on a perpetual licence for our low level platform and a per-customer requirements basis for the customisations to match your business.

The Custom Auction Development Process
A standard approach has been devised to ensure that requirements are captured and that your auction deployment maximises value, based on red2's Service Driven Development methodology.
- Red2 receives your business requirements. This can be anything from a two page requirements document to a full RFP.
- Red2 analyses your business requirements, identifying areas of high and low complexity, as well as areas which are inclusive in our baseline deployment.
- Red2’s experience in the auction market place is drawn upon to provide you with questions about your solution. Areas which have not been addressed by the requirements but represent either additional value or a fundamental requirement are highlighted in the returned Statement Of Work.
- The client and Red2 agree what should be in-scope for the delivery and if necessary reduce the time to market by agreeing deliverables against a phased development.
- Red2 specifies the work using our Service Driven Development methodology, providing you with a set of user stories which describe the end system. ◦The user stories are backed by a the graphical mock-ups of the key stages of the user journey, highlighting in visual form how the functionality gathered will be presented.
- Branding and design are produced, and iteratively developed alongside the client to map the look and feel to both the target demographics and the clients requirements.
- Development begins based on both the Mock-ups and the requirements.
- The project is released into a customer viewable User Acceptance environment.
- The client signs off the development and the product is moved into production.
